Week 1

A 30-minute private call to understand your investment thesis, target geography, and ticket size. No NDA needed.

KYC & suitability

Week 2

Standard identity verification, source-of-funds confirmation, and a suitability questionnaire. Required before we share any deal-specific material.

Deal selection

Week 3 – 4

We present 2–3 candidate properties matching your criteria. Each comes with a full feasibility pack from the Northwall engine.

Acquisition & design

Month 2 – 4

Subscription documents, escrow, acquisition, then Applecore PDM begins design. Planning takes 6–8 weeks; building regs in parallel.

05

Build & let

Month 4 – 9

Conversion construction (2–4 months), then Applecore PS markets the rooms. Tenanting target: 30 days from completion.
